Hidden Sparks at Torah Umesorah
May 9, 2014 – Hidden Sparks External Coach Dr. Tamar Bauman made a presentation at the Torah Umesorah National Leadership Convention. Her presentation, Learning to Look and Looking to Learn: Finding the Hidden Sparks in your Students, introduced participants to the Hidden Sparks approach for understanding what’s behind children’s learning and behavior with an overview of the Hidden Sparks Learning Lenses: neurodevelopment, temperament, and ecology. Participants gained an understanding of these lenses and how this knowledge can be applied in practice, in their classrooms and schools, in an effort to nurture and support all types of learners.
