2017-18 ICP Cohort Completes Initial Training
On May 4th, this year’s cohort of ICPs-in-training completed their two day coaching skills seminar. Taking a deep dive into observation and active listening skills, the coaches had the opportunity to begin a skill building process that will continue as they are mentored next year.
