The five-day training program deepens understanding of learning, behavior and temperament in working with diverse learners, and prepares participants to be coaches in their schools. A year-long school-based mentoring program is included.

Twenty-two principals and educational leaders gathered January 12, 2010 for an engaging and interactive Hidden Sparks SCALE evening on the topic of Communicating For and About Students held at Yeshiva Har Torah. SCALE is offered to leadership from schools participating in the External and Internal Coach programs.
