Inaugural School Leader Program
August 2014 – Hidden Sparks held the first meeting of its inaugural School Leader Program, which provides planning and peer support for implementing school-wide initiatives that reflect Hidden Sparks’ goals. This first meeting, which brought together administrators from a spectrum of Jewish day schools, focused on exploring individual school goals as well as barriers and challenges that can arise when cultivating change. Future sessions will provide presentations by  field experts, individualized consultations and planning guidance, while cultivating a leadership community.
