23 Coaches Complete the 2015 ICP Course
March 2015 – On March 17th, 23 educators from 17 school completed their Internal Coach course. The six day course culminated with two intensive days that focused on coaching skills and workshop facilitation. The coaches will now transition into the shadowing portion of their training to be followed by mentoring and additional workshops next year.

“I used to think that for some of my students I couldn’t figure out what the issues were- that’s the place for outside experts to help me, and now I think that there are reasons for their behaviors and I can come up with my own strategies to look deeper and to speak with them directly about what I am seeing.
