Training New Cohort of Coaches
On March 4, 30 educators from 14 schools in New York and New Jersey, came together for the first day of Hidden Sparks’ Learning Lense Course. These administrators, teachers, guidance and resource staff embarked on the first day of the six-day training that will build their coaching and leadership skills. Course content focuses on understanding and teaching to diverse learning styles, behavior management, facilitation skills and mentoring and promoting these practices throughout their schools.
